Circuit Training


This is a $150 a month program!  We are able to combine the convenience of inside circuit training with the outside amenities of Stone Mountain Park! This is a 5 day a week, 1 hour session program!  Saturday Classes are free of Charge! (Must Book in Advance!) Ask About Our Specials!!!

1 on 1 Personal Training


We offer 1 on 1 training designed for your individual fitness needs. Results are our specialty!

Buddy Training


Our Buddy Training consists of groups of 2-3 individuals in an inside circuit training environment! This program is designed for those who don't want to exercise with large groups, but don't want to work out alone!  Pay ahead at a discount rate!
